Pyrosequencing technology in a 24 well format
A 24 well system that comes with a complete software package for the study of CpG methylation and mutation analysis. It can handle several contiguous sites in parallel, quantification of di-, tri-, or tetra-allelic mutations and perform methylation analysis in the presence of SNPs.
Offering optimized sample management for lower sample numbers and mixed samples, this new system can run both CpG methylation and mutation assays on the same 24 well plate and as with all systems using Pyrosequencing technology sequence context acts as built-in quality control. Read more>> |
